POSITION SUMMARY

As a Product Manager, you’ll help further Ohanafy’s mission through the design, development, and continuous improvement of our core platform built on Salesforce. We are looking for an individual with a go-getter attitude who can learn the Ohanafy platform, collaborate across departments, and drive innovation that enhances our product and customer experience. You will own the product lifecycle — from ideation to delivery — working with Engineering, CX, and Leadership to ensure every feature aligns with customer needs and business objectives. Additionally, you will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Ohanafy’s platform, helping to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and ensure high-quality product releases that push the industry forward.

REQUIRED
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role in a SaaS or technology company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across teams and departments
  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize competing initiatives
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and manage the full product lifecycle — from ideation, scoping, and prioritization to launch and iteration
  • Collaborate with Engineering to define requirements, create user stories, and ensure timely and successful releases
  • Partner with Customer Experience to translate customer feedback into product enhancements and roadmap priorities
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform product strategy and positioning
  • Define, track, and analyze product metrics to measure adoption, performance, and impact
  • Create product documentation, release notes, and training materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Participate in design sessions and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and usability
  • Work directly with customers, when needed, to understand their needs and validate product concepts
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal product processes, standards, and communication
DESIRED
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Background in the beverage, manufacturing, or distribution industry
  • Salesforce Certified Admin or Platform App Builder
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce Reports/Dashboards)
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
