Drive Ohanafy’s mission forward by leading end-to-end project management for our Salesforce-based platform. As a Project Manager, you will oversee complex implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to clients and internal teams, translating business needs into execution plans, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless adoption of the Ohanafy platform. This role also involves providing subject matter expertise on Ohanafy’s technology, collaborating cross-functionally, and guiding data migration efforts to deliver measurable impact for our customers.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a  Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of Ohanafy’s customers after onboarding. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to manage and guide the technical configuration of the Ohanafy platform, aligning it with each client’s specific goals. Your focus will be on delivering a smooth post-onboarding experience, maximizing product adoption, and fostering long-term customer success. This position requires strong project management skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and internal teams.

REQUIRED
  • 8+ years of Project Management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and an innovative problem-solving personality
  • Proven ability to interact and communicate with customers in a professional, positive, and constructive way; comfortable with public speaking and leading a meeting
  • Ability and motivation to learn quickly and independently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize daily tasks, projects, and workload to deliver according to the project schedule
  • Strong leadership skills; previous managerial and project management experience preferred
  • Ability to present and explain project-specific information to diverse types of audiences
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage daily project load amongst multiple concurrent clients and answer all project-related questions in a timely manner.
  • Proven ability to observe a client’s current process and analyze how the Ohanafy product will benefit them.
  • Ability to understand, organize, and evaluate the risks and needs of the client to identify large issues, potential obstacles, and risks and provide a solution-based approach to mitigating risk factors.
  • Create, manage, and regularly review Project Plans and lead regular Project status meetings for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document business and functional requirements.
  • Build extensive practical and theoretical knowledge and become a subject matter expert on the Salesforce platform and Ohanafy Application.
