As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you’ll help further Ohanafy’s mission through the implementation of our core product built on Salesforce. We are looking for an individual with a go-getter attitude who can learn the Ohanafy platform while growing with our company and help to continually improve and enhance our product. Additionally, you will provide subject matter expertise (SME) on Ohanafy’s platform while providing data extraction, transformation, and loading services.

• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with database design and workflow
• Excellent computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Sound judgment, detail-oriented
• Ability and passion to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers

• Work alongside Ohanafy team members to implement and onboard new customers
• This position is primarily hands-on keyboard (data loading, Salesforce configuration, and implementation), with some lightweight analysis is required
• Design and configure solutions based on customer requirements and aligned with Ohanafy best practices and standards
• Work in tandem with CX to evaluate the needs of the Customer and implement those needs into Ohanafy’s application in an efficient and effective way
• Testing and debugging of product features
• Contribute to technical and product documentation
• Demonstrate the ability to independently problem-solve and research solutions
• Independently complete implementation and data tasks
• Participate in design sessions and suggest solutions
• Continuously learn and expand knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry

• Salesforce Certified Admin and Platform App Builder
• Experience extracting, transforming, and loading data into databases (ideally Dataloader)
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with others in a professional and respectful manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills
